Welcome to Pro31 Branding. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and custom clothing products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Pro31 Branding is a Tennessee-based company specializing in high-quality custom apparel solutions that elevate your brand through thoughtful design and craftsmanship.

By using our site and services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
   
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
   

• All custom orders require written confirmation and approval of design mockups.
   
• Once production has begun, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
   
• Turnaround times vary based on order size and complexity; estimated timelines will be communicated during the order process.
   
• Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs for accuracy (e.g., logos, spelling, colors) prior to final approval.
   

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.
   
• A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
   
• We accept major credit cards, ACH, and other payment methods as listed on our site.
   
• Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or invoiced accordingly.
   

All content, designs, logos, and materials on the Pro31 Branding website are the intellectual property of Pro31 Branding or its licensors and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

You retain ownership of your brand’s intellectual property when submitting logos or artwork for custom apparel. By submitting artwork, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted unless:

• The product is defective
   
• The final product differs materially from the approved proof
   

If there is an issue with your order, please contact hello@pro31branding.com within 7 days of receiving your product.

Pro31 Branding is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, shipping carrier delays)
   
• Errors in submitted artwork or approvals not identified prior to production
   

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our products or services will not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of these Terms will be filed in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
